ASEL’s New Chief Executive Officer

We’re thrilled to announce that Dan Hardy has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Argenbright Security Europe Ltd. Dan will continue in his role as Executive Director while also leading ASEL as CEO.

When Dan joined ASEL as Group Managing Director in 2024, he brought with him nearly three decades of experience working in security and crime prevention, as well as sharp business acumen and a long history of delivering operational success in a variety of security leadership roles.

Dan says, “It’s an honour to lead ASEL as CEO at such a pivotal time, with many exciting plans ahead. I’ll focus on delivering excellence for our customers and business partners while driving innovation in every aspect of our work. Our innovative spirit sets us apart, and I’m committed to keeping it at the heart of everything we do.”

Dan joined ASEL from TUI Group, where he was the Group Head of Global Security. Previously, he was the Managing Director and Group Strategy Director for Amberstone – now a portfolio company of ASEL. Before his corporate roles, Hardy had a distinguished career in law enforcement.

His ability to lead with integrity and drive transformation across the business was evident from his first few months at ASEL, during which he made a point of gathering feedback from customers, partners and colleagues at all levels of the business, seeking to ascertain what we were doing well and where we could find opportunities for improvement. This commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative culture sets Dan apart and makes him the perfect candidate to lead ASEL as its Chief Executive Officer.
