Our two-stage methodology allows us firstly to establish each site’s current risk position, addressing the most pertinent risks with ASEL’s diverse range of security solutions.

Through careful analysis we understand what’s driving risk at a site level, applying modular solutions aligned to the specific driver of risk, not blanketed across an estate. This ensures smart spending and the greatest return on investment.

Secondly, we highlight any discrepancies between ‘projected’ and ‘actual’ risk, aiming to understand what is driving this. This leads us to make recommendations which may relate to security or could perhaps be operational in nature. 

Our approach will:  

• Paint a picture of total current risk, giving each site an ARM (ASEL Risk Modelling) Score.
• Identify which metrics are Drivers of risk and which are Outcomes.
• Combine Fixed Drivers to create a Projected Risk Score.
• Combine Outcome Metrics to create an Actual Risk Score.
• Compare expected levels of risk (Projected Score) with actuals (Actual Score).
• Highlight Manageable Drivers which can be mitigated through security or operational focus.
• Suggest targeted risk-based deployment of modular security solutions and recommendations.
